Starbuck Island is a luxury waterfront apartment community in Green Island NY, offering residents resort-style amenities and scenic views of the Hudson River. Home to four luxury apartment buildings and nearly 270 apartments, Starbuck Island features rooftop terraces, a swimming pool, a fitness center, heated sidewalks, underground parking, a clubhouse and much more.

Construction began on the property in early 2019, and 15 Starbuck Drive, our 55+ luxury apartment building, opened in the fall of 2019. 25 Starbuck Drive followed in March 2020, and 20 Starbuck Drive and 30 Starbuck Drive opened in early 2021.

Located just over the Green Island Bridge, Starbuck Island offers residents an easy walk to Downtown Troy’s many restaurants, breweries, shopping and entertainment, as well as one of the area’s largest farmers markets. Sage College and RPI are just minutes away, and Latham and Albany are within an easy commute.
