Owner and President since 2000, Peter is the second generation to lead this team of over 100 employees. Continuing with the same strong values and pride in workmanship as his late father, Peter Luizzi Sr., he is an industry leader and forward thinking beyond his time. Peter is highly respected among his peers and the community for his generosity and support.

Mike has evolved from a hands-on experience level through to a key decision maker and top contributor to the company's strength and growth. While being in construction all his life, the last decade has been invested in the success of Peter Luizzi & Bros and the overall direction of the company.
Peter Luizzi III
Vice President, Peter Luizzi & Bros
P3, as he is called, is the third generation of this family-owned paving company. He has moved up the ranks from field work to estimating and, most currently, running large-scale projects. There is no free meal in this family; every accolade is earned, and P3 is making a great name for himself.
Erin Nixon

Doug has been in the estimating field for over 20 years. He has led our estimating department for over five years while often running specialized projects such as Trailways, Utility Contracts, and Site Work.
Joe Miskewicz

Joe has a wealth of knowledge in the Construction Industry and a degree in Construction Management. Joe was introduced by running Peter Luizzi & Bros largest public contract (as of 2016) for The Village of Catskill. His projects continue to grow in scope and value, providing the challenges needed to keep him striving for more.

Christian Luizzi
Real Estate Development
A recent graduate from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, Christian holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development. In the near future, Christian plans to attend Law School and further assist in the overall success of Luizzi Companies. As he continues to learn the development process from conception to completion, Christian is mentored by his father, Peter Luizzi Jr.

While finishing her master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the College of Saint Rose, Stephanie joined our team in 2013. She has been a Property Manager for over 10 years. She’s always there for her Team and her residents.

Peter is an integral part of the day-to-day operations for all the managed properties, including warehouse facilities, office spaces, and residential developments. With almost 2 decades of service provided, he is a great contributor to our growth and success.

Olivia Metchick

Olivia joined our team with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations from SUNY Plattsburgh and previously worked in the non-profit industry as an Association Manager. As Marketing Manager, Olivia organizes resident activities and events, manages all of our social media accounts, develops advertising campaigns, and more. Her energy and creativity are a perfect match for the job!

Emily has worked at Luizzi Property Management for over 5 years. She started off assisting in leasing and management of our residential properties but has since been the Property manager at Stoneledge Terrace and is currently the property manager at Starbuck Island Apartments. Her high energy provides great customer service to all prospective and current tenants!
Pamela Van Zandt

Pam joined Luizzi Property Management with 30 years of experience in the banking industry and over 5 years of experience as a leasing agent. She is currently a leasing agent at Rivers Ledge and manages several of our smaller properties. When not at work, Pam enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family. Pam’s extensive customer service experience, patience, and kindness do not go unnoticed!
