Located on the first floor of Building 30, the Clubhouse is a community space for residents of our Troy luxury apartments to socialize, entertain guests, or simply relax and unwind while enjoying spectacular views of the Hudson River. Amenities include:
Private Parties & Events
Residents may reserve the Clubhouse for private parties and events for up to 50 people by contacting the Property Management Office. The space is available for daily rentals for a fee of $300 per day, and a non-refundable deposit fee of $100 is required when the reservation request is made. The deposit fee will be applied to the full rental price, but does not apply to any cleaning fees or damage caused during the function. Vendor insurance is required for all on-site catered events and must be received before the day of the event. Tables and chairs are also available to rent.
