Yes, limited underground parking is available in buildings 25, 20 and 30. Building 15 has off-street parking only.
Underground parking with a two-bedroom apartment is included in the rent. Underground parking for our one-bedroom apartments is $75 per month. All apartments are limited to one spot only. There is no cost for off-street outdoor parking.
We have three electric car charging stations on the property, which are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Yes, storage space is available for rent in the common hallways of buildings 20 and 30. Open to residents in any building.
Access to all amenities in the Starbuck Island community, including the pool, gym, amphitheater and clubhouse. An $80 per month utility fee includes high speed internet, cable, trash, water and sewer.
Epproach Communications provides our internet and World Cinema provides our cable.
Our two bedroom apartment with a den is our largest unit. There are 8 of these on the entire property, 4 each in buildings 20 and 30.
No, the rents listed for our Troy apartments are non-negotiable.

Yes, Starbuck Island is pleased to offer pet-friendly apartments in Troy NY. There is a limit of one pet per apartment, and a maximum weight of 35 lbs. We will allow 2 pets if both weigh 15 lbs. or less. Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed. We charge a one-time, non-refundable fee of $350 ($550 for 2 pets) and a $30 monthly pet fee per pet. Please call the office at (518) 478-1172 for additional requirements and documentation.
