Residents may reserve the Clubhouse for private parties and events for up to 60 people by contacting the Property Management Office. The space is available for rentals between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily, and the fee is $300. Tables and chairs can also be rented. Please note, the Clubhouse is unavailable for private events on holidays or holiday weekends.
