This project is the largest hard bid single contract awarded to Peter Luizzi & Bros Contracting to date. It includes multiple site work projects including all new site water, storm and sanitary sewer utilities, unground detention systems, all new site lighting, reconstruction of existing infrastructure, 60,000sf of building addition, all new landscape plantings and rain garden installation, concrete courtyards, new junior high entry sign, new high school entry signs, Contech pedestrian bridge, basketball court, new score boards for soccer, baseball and softball fields, 8 tennis court playing area, press box, ACMU dugouts, overhead canopy dugouts, reconstruction of 2 sod baseball fields, reconstruction of sod softball field, multiple sod practice fields, various sports netting system, cast in place retaining walls, specialty paver installation, sports lighting for varsity soccer field and track and field events, single/double/triple batting cages and custom wind screen with school logo. The project is scheduled to be completed in 18 months and will continue through all four seasons. The level of coordination is a massive undertaking with the number of primes on site, school schedules and public interaction.
