Upholding the same core values, integrity, and pride in workmanship instilled by his late father, Peter Luizzi Sr., he has continued to grow the company into an industry leader. Known for his forward-thinking approach and commitment to excellence, Peter is highly respected by his peers and within the community for both his leadership and his generosity.
Christian Luizzi
President, Real Estate
Christian holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Actively involved across Luizzi Companies, he focuses primarily on real estate, guiding the division’s long-term vision, development, and continued growth.

Known as P3, Peter represents the third generation of the family-owned company, having worked his way from the field into estimating and overseeing large-scale projects. Joe brings extensive construction knowledge and a degree in Construction Management to Luizzi Companies. His relationship with the company began in 2016 while managing its largest public contract at the time for the Village of Catskill. Today, he oversees increasingly complex projects while bringing energy, drive, and a dependable presence to the office.
