Upholding the same core values, integrity, and pride in workmanship instilled by his late father, Peter Luizzi Sr., he has continued to grow the company into an industry leader. Known for his forward-thinking approach and commitment to excellence, Peter is highly respected by his peers and within the community for both his leadership and his generosity.

Peter Luizzi III
Vice President, Peter Luizzi & Bros
Known as P3, he represents the third generation of this family-owned paving company. Rising through the ranks from field work to estimating and now overseeing large-scale projects, he embodies the family’s no-shortcuts philosophy—where nothing is handed out and every achievement is earned. Through hard work and accountability, P3 is quickly building a respected name for himself within the company and the industry.
Christian Luizzi
Real Estate, Luizzi Companies
Christian holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. He plans to begin law school in late 2026 to further support the overall success of Luizzi Companies. Actively involved in all aspects of the real estate division—from project conception and development through construction and ongoing property management—Christian continues to build a comprehensive understanding of the business under the mentorship of his father, Peter Luizzi Jr.
Erin Nixon
Office Manager/Estimating Administrator, Peter Luizzi & Bros

Lori Knapp
Shop and Fleet Administrator, Peter Luizzi & Bros
Lori Knapp serves as the Shop and Fleet Administrator, playing a critical role in keeping our extremely active mechanics shop running efficiently and smoothly. With constant movement, repairs, and coordination required on a daily basis, Lori’s organization and attention to detail ensure nothing falls through the cracks. She has been instrumental in creating the processes, systems, and structure necessary for the mechanics shop to thrive, making her an essential part of the company’s operational success.

Taylor serves as Controller for Peter Luizzi & Bros., where she is a highly trusted and loyal member of the team. Known for her reliability and strong work ethic, Taylor can be counted on to handle complex responsibilities and see every task through to completion. Doug Spoor
Lead Estimator, Peter Luizzi & Bros
Doug has more than 30 years of experience in the estimating field and has led our estimating department for over a decade. In addition to overseeing day-to-day estimating operations, he frequently manages specialized projects including Trailways, utility contracts, and complex site work. A true legend in the office, Doug is known for his steady leadership, deep expertise, and unwavering reliability.
Joe Miskewicz
Project Manager/Estimator, Peter Luizzi & Bros
Joe brings a wealth of knowledge to the construction industry, supported by a degree in Construction Management. He was introduced to the company by managing Peter Luizzi & Bros.’ largest public contract at the time—for the Village of Catskill in 2016. Since then, the scope and value of the projects he oversees have continued to grow, providing the challenges that drive him to continually raise the bar. Beyond his project work, Joe is the heartbeat of the office—bringing energy, drive, and a presence the team can always count on.
Kate Bento
Project Manager, Peter Luizzi & Bros
Kate Bento is a Project Manager overseeing strictly in-house real estate development projects on the Peter Luizzi & Bros. side. She is highly skilled in working with the DEC and other regulatory agencies, navigating complex approvals with precision and expertise. Kate plays a critical role in ensuring the real estate division can continue to move projects forward and successfully bring new developments to life.
Nick Krause
Assistant Project Manager/Estimator, Peter Luizzi & Bros
Nick Krause serves as an Assistant Project Manager and is a critical support to every Project Manager across the company. He holds a degree in Construction Management from Utica University and is known for his reliability, follow-through, and attention to detail. Nick plays an essential role in keeping projects on track and helping ensure they are carried through to successful completion.

While completing her master’s degree in early childhood education from the College of Saint Rose, Stephanie joined our team in 2013. She has served as a Property Manager for over 10 years and has played a key role in shaping the Luizzi Property Management division into what it is today through her dedication, experience, and leadership.

Peter is an integral part of the day-to-day operations across all managed properties, including warehouse facilities, office spaces, and residential developments. As the Head of Property Management, he can be trusted to handle any task with consistency and care. With over two decades of service, Peter is a foundational contributor to the company’s growth and success—and a true original of Luizzi Companies.

Accounting Manager, Luizzi Property Management
Debbie Rizzo serves as Accounting Manager for all residential properties and has been with the Luizzi family for over two decades. She brings deep expertise to the role and is highly trusted to keep operations organized, smooth, and efficient. Debbie’s consistency and institutional knowledge are invaluable to the continued success of the residential portfolio.

Marketing & Events Coordinator, Luizzi Property Management/ Peter Luizzi & Bros
Corrinne is currently completing her MBA at Siena University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Siena University. She serves as the Marketing and Events Coordinator, overseeing the overall marketing efforts for Luizzi Companies as well as coordinating all events across the entire real estate portfolio. Corrinne plays a key role in strengthening the company’s brand and bringing its properties and communities to life.

Emily has been with Luizzi Property Management since the company’s first major project, beginning her career assisting with leasing at Stoneledge Terrace. She now serves as Property Manager at Starbuck Island Apartments, where her high energy and positive approach translate into excellent service for both prospective and current residents. Emily’s growth alongside the company reflects her dedication and commitment to its continued success.
Pamela Van Zandt
Leasing Agent, Luizzi Property Management
Pam joined Luizzi Property Management bringing 30 years of experience in the banking industry along with over five years as a leasing agent. She currently serves as a Leasing Agent at Rivers Ledge and manages several of our smaller properties. Pam’s extensive customer service background, patience, and kindness are evident in every interaction and are truly valued by both residents and the team.
