Luizzi’s $160M One-Four-Six Marketplace gets town approval for first phase

The project is modeled after the Starbuck Island development that Luizzi Cos. built in Green Island.

The half-moon planning board on Tuesday approved the first phase of a 160 million dollars mixed used development that will transform one of the major entrances to the suburban town with more than 300 luxury apartments, restaurants, retails stores, and offices, the development of 146 marketplace will be built in phases.
